  • Verification of letters and variable data matching. Unpaid document tracing with mail notification in the case of possible discrepancy in details sent, or personal details not complying with postal regulations;
  • A dedicated site with previews of the first series of letters to be approved before printing.
    Electronic archiving in PDF form of letters sent by recorded delivery, which can be consulted via the web interface.
